Had a date night at @hotel_de_goudfazant in the north of the city…
The setting is beautiful! And it is located in an old car garage. Open kitchen, rusty, industrial and super chic, old cars on lifts, chandelier made from glass bottles, white table cloth next to cafeteria chirs, unpainted walls next to a full set of cutlery on the table. Do you get it? So many contrasts.
We started with langoustine with Aji blanco, bacon and watermelon
Then, fish soup with mussels and gruyere – A+

For mains we took a white fish, beans and fennel and also their famous rotisserie poussin with potatoes and mushrooms
For dessert –
Chocolate mousse, crunchy almonds and english cream A++
And also, semolina cake, olive oil ice cream, merengue and figs

We had a great time and really enjoyed our visit and on top of that – the service was perfect, the vibes were right on and the view was amazing!
